General answers to our most frequently asked questions:

Lead Times

Production time begins after the artwork has been approved. Embroidered or silk-screened products take approximately 1 to 2 weeks. For most hard goods, production time is between 2 to 4 weeks. Offshore products require 8 to 12 weeks.

Sizing

Exact sizing information for garments is the customer’s responsibility. We have sizing samples available to ensure accuracy.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled prior to imprinting or production. If an order is cancelled after production has begun, it will be subject to additional charges. We want our clients to be 100% satisfied. If an item or service does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Terms

Payment: Net 30 days upon credit approval. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge. First orders, custom orders and large orders may require a deposit or prepayment.

Freight charges

A minimum of $10 Freight will apply to all local orders. All others will be on a case by case basis depending on the nature of shipment.

We cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters.

Release of Liability

By signing the artwork approval form client accepts full responsibility for any errors found after production, including full replacement cost should a reprint be required.

HOW PRICING WORKS: Embroidery:

When you place an order for embroidered clothing there are two charges:

Embroidery Setup(Digitizing)

The first is an embroidery setup charge which covers the cost of having the design digitized. This is a one off charge as once we have done this your design is stored and hence if you place an order in the future there will be no need to pay another setup charge. Embroidery setup is normally charged at so much per 1000 stitches. An average company or club logo is approximately 5000 stitches.

Embroidery Per item:

The second embroidery charge is a ‘per item’ charge which applies to each item that is customised. This charge basically covers the cost of labour, materials and our other manufacturing overheads. The per item charge is directly based on the number of items to be embroidered with the same logo and the number of stitches.

Screen Printing:

When you place an order for screen printed clothing there are two charges:

Setup

Screen print setup is charged per screen. One screen is required for each different color of a design, and different placement. For example, a one colour front and back print requires two screens if the design on the front is different to the design on the back. The most economical is to limit the amount of colors to 2 or 3 colors.

Printing charge

The second charge is a ‘per screen’ charge which applies to each item that is customised. This charge basically covers the cost of labour, materials and our other manufacturing overheads. The printing charge is directly based on the number of items to be printed with the same design.
